Responsibilities

- Risk management: performing risk assessments and establishing contingency plans.
- Team leadership: managing and coordinating subordinate staff and recruitment activities.
- Operational coordination: overseeing the workforce to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Business).
- 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields within the electrical/construction sector.
- Proven track record of successfully executing and completing projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team management experience with a focus on leadership and motivation.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.
