A year ago, we put everything on the line. At the start of 2024, driven by over 10 years of experience in industrial and residential electrical engineering, we took the risk and brought our own company to life. It was a decision fueled by passion, self-belief, and... realism. We knew it wouldn’t be easy, but life still managed to surprise us. Since then, much has happened—sometimes it was an uphill battle, sometimes we had the wind at our backs. But one thing is certain: this year built the foundation upon which we are determined to build the next floors of our organization.
We are no longer a fledgling initiative. The past year wasn't just about growth and projects; it was about the lessons we had to learn. Failures? Oh yes, there were some. From the start, we encountered, to put it mildly, "dishonest contractors," painful lessons, and the loss of hundreds of thousands of zlotys that may be gone forever. But this year was not wasted—on the contrary, it taught us more than easy times ever could. "You haven't lost the fight as long as you are still fighting"—we understand these words today better than ever before. We didn't lose what matters most: the conviction that we are doing something valuable.
Looking back, we can say we were learning to climb mountains—like a child taking its first steps directly on a steep mountain trail. The terrain was harsh, the weather fickle, and the paths weren't always marked. But today, we aren't just walking—we are moving more confidently, steadily, and faster, with one goal in mind, like an athlete dreaming of the Olympic podium.
