We are pleased to announce that at the beginning of 2025, we launched an extensive redevelopment project encompassing finishing, plumbing, and electrical works. The goal of this initiative is the creation of new social housing units near Zgorzelec, in the Lower Silesia region.
Today, after months of intensive work, we are proud to declare that we are nearing completion. This marks a significant milestone in realizing both our vision and that of our Investor.
We would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks to every employee contributing to the success of this project. Our "team on the front lines" consists of talented specialists who put not only their skills but also their hearts into everything they do. Our gratitude goes out to the external site managers, our dedicated office staff, our irreplaceable physical workers, and our reliable subcontractors who have carried out the site works with such determination and commitment.
Without the hard work of all these people and their hands, achieving our goal would not have been possible.
